About Your Instructor
Kristin Morrison started her pet care business from scratch and grew it into one of the largest of its kind in California, hiring over 250 staff members along the way.
For the first few years, she was in the thick of it – working 12 to 14 hours a day, seven days a week. Realizing that pace wasn’t sustainable, she completely changed her approach to business management. In less than a year she reclaimed her time and her life, working just 2–3 days a week.
Since making that shift, she has helped thousands of pet business owners around the world build the pet businesses of their dreams while helping burned-out pet pros get their lives back.
